I updated the event page with the Nametag link and also added verbiage about tshirts and store.

Now reads:

“If you would like a laminated WGA nametag, request one using the form on the WGA Website.

Look for the beginning of April to be the opening of the WGA STORE. we’ll have campout shirts and group campsite reservations available, stay tuned!”

Did NOT say April 1st, just in case it is the 2nd (but it won’t be).

I tried to figure out a silhouette of the rocks and trees but my imagination doesn’t match my designing skills.

I was trying to use the campout tshirt from a few yrs ago as inspiration. Was it Bong? It was a green shirt with black and orange(?) lettering.

What you guys have is good too.

The newest WGA State Park cache has just published. Thanks to sweetlife Barry and Val for volunteering to be Trail Bosses.

Zuma – What an awesome simple improvement idea!

I highly recommend that future camp-out committee’s utilize this idea. I would also recommend that a person be stationed at the entrance in addition to the sign to welcome folks as they enter and answer any questions they may have. I would have volunteered to do this had we done it this time and I am sure others would in the future and the ranger probably would have endorsed the idea as well.

Sounds like a great way to make sure everyone stays connected to the activities we plan.
