“Another common way to hide information on the cache page is to put some information in a white font, so that it can only be seen when highlighted or cut and pasted to another document. I have hidden something below this paragraph. Highlight the area below that appears to be blank, and see what you find.”

Neat idea, good golly I like that one.

Too bad nothing showed up when I highlighted it. I have seen that type of puzzle and am working on the Statue of Liberty one right now but there again, that’s looking up facts.

Could be a veiled reference to puzzle caches somewhere between GB and Milwaukee.

I know I am always open to giving hints to those who ask. I always try to give just enough to get you started but not enough to hand you the solve.

Like a lot of things in life, it’s an Integrity call. What sits best with you…what does the CO say?

Has either of the “little guys” done anything? I’ve tried both but walked away unimpressed.

I’ll resist commenting. I’m too good looking for that kind of low brow humor.

Pretty nice that RNS and I each had the same 4-5 grid spots open so we finished them together.

Like rich said, thanks to all that gave us the adventures and thanks to RNS for putting together our Grid filler runs.

                    I like bargains.

Picked up one of each of the coins at the picnic. Thanks Sandlanders and everyone else for your work on getting the orders out.

So all those FTF I got for this don’t count for anything?

After this group made it, I had wanted to do it also. Now they are just wishes.

From what I saw the “geocaching” was you put in the coords for the sponsors and go to their business and they stamp your card which you then submit for a drawing/prizes. Pretty loose use of “geocaching”.

Even after poking around with GSAK for 4-5 years, I am just beginning to uncover what it can do. I thought it was only useful for downloading pocket queries but that hardly scrapes the surface.

Nice suggestion. One of the Aloha puzzle finals are close by.

Great picture too, glad the knees are okay. Now what family member will go with me? Wife…maybe, daughter, doubtful, in-laws…yeah right.

Welcome aboard Sarah. I like your avatar and I just smiled as I thought about how many times I known exactly where I was and it made me nervous. 😆 (i.e. The cache “Wet Maze” comes to mind).

Anyhow – I’m a Garmin fan and have been using my < $200 Etrex Legend for 3+ years now and don't see any need to change. Garmin has updated the Etrex line and for ~ $200 you can still get a very good GPS. I use my iPod Touch for paperless caching, but most major GPS units now include this. You also have a smartphone which should be able to be used for this (depending on model / platform).

My favorites are puzzle caches, but unfortunately there aren’t enough of them in the Fox Valley area to keep me busy.

CJ, you are so full of Hooey. There’s lots of “?”, you’ve just done them all.
