Now, how do we get back?
Got all of ours submitted, many thanks.
I agree with you in that it gets frustrating trying to participate in something that isn’t working. After working with Geocaching.com we came to find out our access to communicate with the Geocaching.com servers was turned off. (Which the LCG and other features on our website rely on this communication). I have been working with them and they have been wonderful to try and get us back up and working, sadly there are additional changes required on our-side to get everything back up and fully working which I am currently in progress of. I’m hoping to get something back up on the LCG ready for submissions at the latest the end of this weekend. Again I apologize for the issue and frustration this has caused for everyone and appreciate the understanding. Don’t let this stop you from continuing to search for Lonely Caches as no matter what we will get the submissions working again to keep the game moving.
Thanks for letting us know the fix is near.
Any luck with getting this fixed yet? We recently did four lonelies (three of the same ones Hack1of2 did plus one more) and still can’t log them. In the past not being able to submit is main reason we don’t play this game more.
The Highground CITO is just a few days away and we could really use some more support. Please give some thought to providing a little Geo-Support to this worthy cause.
A little over a month to go until July 1st and we have 10 people signed up so far for the Highground CITO. It’d be great to get a few more for this worthy cause. Hope to see you there.
What a great idea. While we ourselves don’t always leave the longest logs we do at least try to tell a little story. Power trails are a little different, especially after the umpteenth one, but we at least try to change them up a little while trying to remember some subtle difference about the find. We’ve seen a lot of three and four word logs recently on many of our caches. Disheartening is right.
Trash-Can-Turkey (GC7N178) and a worthy CITO (GC7MCZG) all in one weekend. Bump!
The Highground CITO has published, GC7MCZG. This is a very worthy place for the WGA to help extend a helping hand. Please consider supporting this.
I had to read it a few times…slowly. Turns out that the proposed bylaw is very well written and you had completely until the very last sentence. This one just baffled me. Assuming that an officer has resigned, how does the board get back to nine members if the replacement of the officer is delayed? Are you meaning to say that the “Replacement of an officer and returning the board to nine members may be delayed until the general election as long as the duties…” Steve
Our campsite is already reserved. Let’s go.

Went all the way to Swift Current, Saskatchewan and some friends asked if we’d care to take a travel bug back to the states? The TB turned out to be Pixiestix13’s Brewery Tour TB. Small world indeed.
Wonder if the WGA would consider adding a Michigan event to their Event List. It’s being hosted by WGA members, just not in Wisconsin.
On the road in a couple of hours. Nice to see the sun this morning.
