My favorite Santa joke comes from aviation. It turns out that the FAA finally caught up with the jolly elf, and required him to take a proper check ride. The FAA examiner duly arrived at the north pole, and was climbing into the sleigh when Santa noticed he had a shotgun with him. Santa asked what it was for. The reply? “Well, I’m not supposed to tell you this, but you’re going to lose an engine on takeoff.”

For those who care about such things, technically, C:GEO violates the geocaching.com terms of use. Every so often the discussion of whether it should be banned pops up. At one time, mention of C:GEO was even censored and some threads apparently deleted. Thankfully, that heavy-handed enforcement is no longer taking place, and there appear to be no plans to prevent C:GEO from accessing the site.

That said, the general discussion on the site seems to show that C:GEO has some useful features not available in the other apps. I’ve found it easy to use.
