Membertried the new Peaches & Cream, ok, but pricey, and 4 servings per container, not happening in my house.

MemberI like the Johns idea, but I think a State Trail Series would be awesome. The State Park Series was awesome, and we have already made return trips to some. The Geo-Art Series is cool, but not on our bucket list, and somewhere down the road seeing a lot of maint. needed. Just our thoughts!
But thanks for everything you and others have already done!

MemberYou all had a great event, in our opinion, the one thing we thought was lacking was getting this event out there to the non-geocachers, seems like everyone there were members, etc. I contacted the Fond du Lac tourism and convention bureau as to why this wasn’t publicised and they said they knew nothing about it. I agree with Jim, if it’s good weather, everybody does their own thing, people drive a long ways, they are gonna want to find some caches.
As for Scott’s comment, perhaps asking for donations might help increase the booty! That being said, let’s look forward to next year’s event.

MemberPerhaps someone saw your comment about having a saw, a cow, and a fish! LOL Mr. G.
Had the same problem Mr. G. We had to install the latest version of Adobe, and then it worked fine.

MemberSo last week we get a message, needs to be archived, from someone in a summer school class who has never found a cache, supposedly a member of the class decided to toss it in the tall grass, so far we have lost a fish, a cow, and a saw on this trail, all one of a kind caches, have turned a few of the one of a kinds to Premium only, agree there needs to be more info. out there for the new cachers. Not disappointed enough to quit though, way too many positives to the game.

MemberWi_pattymel is heading to New Jersey October 4th, unfortunately we can’t make the picnic, but if you can find someone from the Fond du Lac area, that would be willing to drop it in our Mascoutin Trail locked ATM, WPM’s 200th Hide, Need Some Cache,
we could pick up the next day, and help you out.

MemberGood choice with your Geocache Pickers attempt, we did it last month, I think the store opens at 10:00 a.m. Make sure to check out the Freedom Rock in the little park between the road and the river, less than .1 miles from the Pickers cache. Iowa’s latest tourism addition!
