Agreed. Just post a note to do the pickup. Actually, I’ve revisited a cache with my Brother and sister-in-law (to show them geocaching) because it was was an “easy” one. I just posted a note recording our visit
People post notes like this to help along TBs all the time, especially at our TB spa in Deforest.

You’ve lost your keys, in your underwear, treading water in cold Sept waters.. as you bail out your sinking raft..as your GPS drowns and dies.. with your dog locked in your car, as you talk to the police.. as an elderly couple assist you breaking into your van, while you’re standing on a garbage can…finally able to change to dry clothes.. then calling a geo-buddy (thanks JThorson) to dash you to the dealership for replacement keys..then eating pizza trying to talk the buddy into using His GPS (which he didn’t) to go back out in the water to find your keys and replacing the cache.. then bribing a metal detecting scuba diver that just happened to show up.. to recover your keys. (which he didn’t)Yes.. this all happened at just ONE geocache, honestly (grins)

Tony, Rhonda, and BrendanHi all:
If you can get the Otter to escort you in dark of night at “Walking in Circles, Seeing Red?” outside of Westfield, you are in for a treat! The WISearchers had a blast, and 1 wet foot! You haven’t cached until you’ve done it in the dark.
Thanks Otter,

I just got into the 2000’s with Plucker!!!! Use it, you will like it!!! Much better than Mobipocket.
There are many other threads discussing it. Look for GPX Spinner.
Good luck,

Ahhh…thanks for the answers!!! What a cool idea!
Uh oh.. I can see this one heating up a mile away… Flaming folder here we come…
I’ll be like “Lil” from Survivor and be fence sitter on this one…
Ken brings up a valid point on the level of difficulty.
We have a “measly” 8% multicaches.. but I can attest to the fact that those 39 were well earned. For example, Mr. Elver’s Cache in Madison will literally take you 1 1/2 days; Nature Hill Odyssey outside Oconomowoc is a whopping 14 legs!!!
Playing Devil’s Advocate…I wouldn’t necessarily automatically put more weight in to multi’s as some multis are “just” more work for an “easy” find. IMHO multis can be easier or harder than traditionals depending on the number of legs and distance to each.
Sometimes we feel like doing 27 caches (1/2’s) or sometimes four 3/3 or 4/4 single-leg caches are just as satisfying.
By the way, since we’re skirting around the issue: if one were to REALLY keep track and score all of this in a competition, one would keep track of each leg in a multi and difficulty rating in any cache. That person would also gain credit for their caches being found; which would also be weighted accordingly to their difficulty and type. (but it’s not about the numbers! statistics are fun!)
Just my $.04 save it or spend it…
Mr. WISearcher (Tony)
Holy Moly!
It’s time to start checking people at the door at these Events for milestones…you two sneaky cachers!
We would never think of doing such a thing… LOL

Little did we know that morning! Congrats Jeff!
Ok, ok.. we succumb to GEO-peer pressure…Never been to HC but if it gets this many rave reviews then we must vote for….. Hartman’s Creek!
We have the GPS, now all we need is the tall ship!We are so glad that she made it back safely! She assured us that she will be coming back to the states for the holidays…and we are sure that she wont be able to resist caching and catching some more bugs upon her return! (We are also glad that the TB that you shared with everyone is one of ours….our first international bug! Whooo hooo!!!)
Thanks Cachew!
WISearchersWow…what a cool feature! It was fun going back over past pictures!!! Especially the ones from our very first cache ever!!! Very cool!!!
Well congrats! 600 is quite an impressive number!!! Here’s to many many more!
