Tonight we took out the friend that originally told us about it and we think he’s hooked.
So, our lineage is short and circular:
geomuggle -> bnb
bnb -> chiot and swlumkin
bnb and chiot -> geomuggle[This message has been edited by bnb (edited 05-12-2004).]
What a great Thread T &C We should chart it out on a real family tree.
I’m not the biology teacher in the family so Im surprised I thought of this. BnB, Maybe you are the Hydra or Earthworm of geocaching, if you know what I mean! LOL

Please add PA to our list. Hasn’t House of Brew figured out a way to automate this yet? LOL

I know the WGA Board has it under control, but look at this: Monster!
I need that at home!
Or maybe this would do!
Any body know if Hungry Jack would donate a semi truck tank of syrup?

I could bring a CD of Palm Desktop if necessary.
What about Pocket PC / Windows CE people? do those beam with IR?
Nevermind. just figured out how to beam from within the plucker program. I can show you at the campout if you need to give/receive it.

Looking for someone to possibly get together and help me get use to usung my Magellan better. Yes.. I read the manual, but I am one of those “See one, do one teach one” kinda of people. Thanks!
Wow, Bunnyfufu, that’s a great (but long)name. Hopefully you won’t mind if I shorten it.
Why don’t you come down to a Metro Milwaukee breakfast or another event cache? Then you can meet some of us in person and someone can give you some pointers on your GPS, AND have some waffles to boot!
Next weekend is the big WGA campout in Waupaca. Not sure if it’s too late to register for that or maybe you could come for a day.
WGA Board Wake up! … Can someone still come?

Thanks everybody! We can’t wait til the campout. I hear there are going to be some other cachers’ milestones. Keep your eyes and ears peeled!

Belated Congrats, but we were busy hitting our own milestone! Nice job Jeff, thanks for making 21 of them on Monopoly!
We did it about 2 years ago when we were 1 month in to GCing. Little did we know that Bill and Debbie were already “The Searchers”
The nice thing was that it even changed all of our past logs under the old name.
Hi Carole and Tim:
I just sent in my Legend to Garmin because the rubber grip (that goes around the whole thing) was coming off. Glue everywhere. Blech. Luckily I am within the year warranty and it will just cost me shipping.
I’d say fix it. Actually they probably won’t fix it, they’ll replace it with a refurbished one. That’s probably what they will do with mine. (So don’t leave any waypoints on there that you need!)
Good luck. I’m GPSless.. im about ready to fire up my Handspring Neo/Magellan attachment! (Fossil)

I forgot about the breakfast!That date was just a suggestion.. maybe the 25th? I’m pretty open.

(Much of my caching is during the day while the little guy is at school since I’m much more addicted than he is….)Now I’m gonna go grab the GPSr owner’s manual and find out if I can get a cable to hook it up to the ‘puter so I don’t have to manually enter all my waypoints. Well, at least later I’ll read up on that. I think I might go caching this morning instead.
Search on Ebay for one. You can usually find on cheaper than the brand name one made by garmin or magellan. I have 2 “generic” ones and they work great
