Maybe this is an attempt to further protect the ammo can from muggles.
Nothing to return, as I like my geocaching stuff that I got. I may run out and pick up some more decorations for my big light display in the yard.

While I am not an expert on Robert’s Rules of Order, but would that not require the meeting(s) to be conducted much like any other formal meeting. That would include a formal agenda, reading/approval of the minutes, motions/seconds, etc.?
Cliffs and I do not get along good! That is unless I have better gear than on the Road to Camelot. 😆
I would be very careful with those holes. Drilling might well crack the coating.
I would think that it could be a good idea with a cache that would get plenty of traffic. As for protecting them, I would think that a good baggie with one of those little packets that we all throw away when we get stuff. You know, those ones that keep stuff dry. 🙂
