The most likely reason is that one of your resident programs is using the port you need. Try turning everything off and see what happens. I know that my resident program for my palm pilot uses the same one and I always have to close it down first. I get the same messages you do if I don’t.
I is not often that I can vouch for the sanity of people I have not met but when you consider that Trudy & the Beast have been the only ones not to walk across the ever so tempting approach to Happy Hollow Hollering – That would answer all the questions I would have about those two. As far as I know Natloh2 is the only one to make it across dry and that includes me.
The Minnesota Association does recognize 50 as a “significant” event and it should be. Not everyone will go geocaching crazy and just stick to one here and there when they are in a particular area. So great job on 50!
I know that everyone will have a recommendation and there are lots of good ones – which area are you going to go to would be the question.
