Anyway, this made me wonder…other than the typical uses (hunting, hiking, boating, driving, caching) what other uses have you come up with for your GPSr?
I’ve used mine to record where relatives are buried so I can put the info into my genealogy software.
I also used it to record my last 2 cruises. I made an AC power supply for it and placed it next to the window in the ship. Each night I saved the track. When I got home I dropped the tracks into Mapsource and Google Earth. I also marked some locations of interest.

hmm,
Does the no drilling include dead trees? I wouldn’t put a drill into a live tree but have considered it in a dead one…
Question is:
Is the CO a newbie and didn’t know any better?

I should have thought of this earlier since I leave tomorrow, but has anyone done any Disney World caches?
I have the 6 virtuals and 1 Wherigo on the list. (may or may not do the Wherigo since I’ve never done one) Anyway, I’ll be staying on Disney grounds, no car, for a week (a great 30th birthday celebration!). Any other nearby caches I can get?
Thanks!
There are several inside the theme parks. The next set of closest ones are on 192. But since you don;t have a car they will be tough.
Have fun!
Is this on Youtube at all? I missed it.
There is the “Official” chat over at Clayjar.com. Monday night at 8:30 is official chat , but there is usually someone in the room.
There are alot of cachers from around the country and a couple from Europe.

With this in mind: I just found 933,000 caches in one day.
I’ll leave the rest for tomorrow
hmmm. Off to “Find” all gotta run caches.
after all, he won’t tell……
Thanks to everyone who voted for this cache for September COTM. I may not hide alot of caches, but that is because I’m trying to give you a quality adventure.
The newest versions of GSAK label the counties automatically. Just add the county column and you are set.
hmmmm
Outside
I’ve sent in a email about helping out on this cache. These tough ones are just too good to let go.
Good luck with the family.

Podcacher did a story about this series a few weeks ago. Here is a link to the blog by the owners:

Very creative.
There is also a heart shaped series of caches in Utah:

Here is the original article about hich design was chosen:
Thank you to every one who submitted design concepts. They all received votes. CinemaBoxer’s “Forward” design won 50% of the votes, with lonesumdove’s “Mooving Around Wisconsin” idea coming in a strong second with 29%. If everything goes as planned, we hope to be able to distribute these coins at the picnic.
That’s where I got the info from. I’ve looked around the site and haven’t seen anything else about it, so I assumed that was still the plan.
