The WGA Board is working on some changes to the organization bylaws. Congratulations to Justin Olson (theotherguy) on winning the August LCG with 163 points. Kathy Koeffler (scooter2010) came in second with 98.5 points, and James Bliefnick (JimandLinda) finished in third place with 8 cache rescues for 80 points.
