2015 WGA “Falls” Geo Picnic

On September 26, 2015 Pattison State Park will be the home of the Wisconsin Geocaching Association’s Fall Geo Picnic.  Pattison State park is known for it’s many waterfalls including the highest waterfalls in the state of Wisconsin.  Located on 1436 acres, Pattison will be an ideal place to explore as we gather for another WGA Fall Picnic.

*****Pattison State Park does require a state park admission sticker or daily pass to enter the park.*****

Currently their are 4 caches located in the park itself, we hope to add several more for the event.

What To Bring To The Picnic

  • Your own meat to grill
  • Table setting for you and your family
  • Lawn chairs if you want them
  • Beverages for your group
  • A food item to share.

To ensure variety, please bring an item to share based on your last name, as shown below:

  • Last name A-H: cookies or dessert
  • Last name I-P: salad, vegetable or fruit
  • Last name Q-Z: chips or snacks

Attendance Raffle

We will be holding a raffle for other door prizes following the Group Picture at 4:30 For this drawing, you must be present to win.
If you would like to contribute a prize for the raffle please contact a WGA Board of Director.

WGA Travel Bug Race


Join the 4th Annual WGA Picnic to Picnic Travel Bug Race! Bring along a new travel bug to enter in this year long race. There will also be travel bug tags available for sale at the event. The winners will be crowned at the 2016 WGA Picnic! Get full details here.
