Lonely Cache Game Update

We’re halfway through the first quarter of the 2025 Lonely Cache Game (LCG) and 21 players have submitted at least one report to get their names on the board. The snow has finally arrived in much of our state, but there are still caches out there to find and puzzles to solve.

Our top 5 on the LCG leaderboard as of today:
Mrs_Sleuth – 304.5 points
scooter2010 – 165.5 points
jenhen – 117 points
bigjim60 – 100 points
CMeCachin44 – 75.5 points

The top finisher and second chance drawing winner will both receive a $10 WGA gift card for the quarter. Anyone who submits a report each quarter is eligible for the second chance drawing, so even if you aren’t able to accumulate the finds to finish at the top of the leaderboard, you still have a chance to win!

Looking for some ideas to make a jump on the leaderboard? See this bookmark list for some of the longest since found caches in Wisconsin – www.geocaching.com/plan/lists/BME6AB1

Congratulations to Ralph Edwards (zuma!) for his submitted photo being selected as the Photo of the Year for 2024! The photo captured the group FTF at the new comkelp virtual cache (GCAJFVQ) in Eau Claire following the memorial event for comkelp (Jeff Grosvold) on August 31.
